Where are you based?

We are based on the Southside of the Brisbane area. We service the Logan region, Redland city and Brisbane city south of the river. However, we are happy to consider shoots outside of these locations!
How long will it take to get our images after a photo session?

Typically we aim to get photos to you in about 2- 5 weeks after the shoot. If it was a more complex or long shoot we may take 5-8 weeks as we edit each image with care.
Can we include more people in the shoot?

Yes, of course! Just let us know ahead of time if you’d like to include additional people so we can plan the session accordingly. Depending on numbers, an additional fee may apply to ensure everyone has the time and attention they deserve.
Can we add more time or request more images?

Absolutely! If you’d like to extend your session or add extra images, just let us know. We’re always happy to accommodate where possible, and any additional costs will be discussed with you before your final gallery is delivered.
Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, absolutely. We understand that life happens! We require a 50% deposit to secure your session date. If you need to reschedule, this deposit can be transferred to a new date. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded IF notice is provided 14 days or more prior to the scheduled shoot.
Our editing style often highlights rich greens, warm oranges, and soft, dusty blue tones. These colours can be a great starting point when choosing outfits, and we recommend coordinating within a shared colour palette for a cohesive look. Most importantly, wear something you feel confident and comfortable in. The best photos happen when you’re relaxed and present—not distracted by clothing that feels awkward or needs constant adjusting.
What should I wear?

Your images will be delivered via a private online gallery using Pixieset. You’ll be able to view, download, and share your photos easily, all in one beautiful space.
How will I receive my images?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit as a booking fee to secure your session date. This ensures your booking is locked in and allows us to plan your session with care.
Do I need a deposit or booking fee?

The remaining balance, minus your deposit booking fee, is due 7 days before the session date.
When is the final payment due?

We may share selected images on our website or social media to showcase our work. However, we completely respect your privacy. If you’d prefer your images not be shared, just let us know—there’s absolutely no pressure, and your wishes will always be honoured.
